Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
• Custom-made, personalized, or digital items are non-returnable.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at info@dineadesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, ship the item to:
   the adress received in the confirmation of return item e-mail
3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds:
